3. Governments should censor the Internet. Discuss.


Introduction:

-Define Government and internet
what is the government doing now in preventing sensitive information being posted on the internet?
-Give a general idea on what will happen if sensitive information is posted on the internet.
(for eg, if racist comments are posted...)
-Give a stand on whther the govt shld censor the internet.

Body:

1) Elaboration on what will happen if sensitive information and comments are posted on the net. give examples on what happened because of certain information being posted on the internet. and because of all the negative effects, govt shld censor the internet.

2) censoring the internet might be a indirect method in not giving people a chance to express their views. in turn cause them to be unhappy. might use even more aggressive methods of expressing their views in the end. (for example riots, demonstrations, strikes etc etc)

3)Explain how pornography on internet might have negative effects on children's developement. suggestive pictures on ads might also do the same.

4)Explain how gore videos and internet games have negative effects on children. Suggest what the govt can do in order to reduce such effects.


Conclusion:

-give a summary of the points mentioned above.

-emphasize on stand

-gives alternative solutions on what the government can do in order to reduce negative effects other than censoring the internet
